قَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ : وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ : (إِذَا طَلَعَ حَاجِبُ الشَّمْسِ فَأَخُرُوا الصَّلاةَ حَتَّى تَرْتَفِعَ، وَإِذَا غَابَ حَاجِبُ الشَّمْسِ فَأَخُرُوا الصَّلَاةَ حَتَّى تَغِيبَ).

Narrated Ibn 'Umar

Allâh's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "If the edge of the sun appears (above the horizon) delay As-Salât (the prayer) till it becomes high, and if the edge of the sun disappears, delay As-Salat (the prayer) till it sets (disappears completely)." [1:557 (B)-O.B.]
